Cloud accounts aren’t set up for this copy of the app yet — your task list stays on this browser only. See README.md (“Setting up accounts and cross-device sync”) to turn this on; it takes a free Supabase project and a few minutes.
Sign up to keep your sections and tasks synced across every computer you sign in on. Optional — without an account, everything still works, stored on this browser only. What gets stored.
Signed in as .
Got an invite code for someone else's shared list? Enter it here — it'll show up as a new page, live-synced with everyone else on it.
Permanently delete your account and everything tied to it — your pages, your calendar link, and any shared list or calendar you own (which also removes it for whoever else is on it). This cannot be undone.
Tag tasks with a client and a value (in a task’s ⋯ details), then export them here as a spreadsheet — for an invoice, a quarterly tax estimate, or just to see what a client’s worth.
Pick one of 20 built-in themes for an instant, cohesive look, or pick a font and override individual colors yourself below — either way, every field stays editable afterward.
Deleted something by mistake? Deleted tasks, sections, and pages are kept for 30 days.
Export a backup, or move your sections and tasks to another browser or computer.
Export your due dates as a calendar file to see them alongside everything else on your phone or desktop calendar. It's a one-time snapshot, not a live feed — re-export whenever you want it to catch up.
A subscribe link instead of a file: add it once to Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or Outlook as a "subscription" calendar and it keeps itself up to date — no re-exporting. It's the same due dates as the export above, plus anything on a shared list you're a member of, so everyone subscribed sees the same live calendar.
Off by default, and nothing else in the app needs it. If you already pay for Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini, you can connect your own API key for task breakdowns, draft replies, and a weekly review. Your key is stored only in this browser and sent directly from your browser to that provider — it never passes through anything else.
Found a bug, or have an idea? Leave a comment on the itch.io page — that’s where feedback gets read and answered.
Shared lists need an account — see Settings → Account & sync to set up cloud sync first (it's free, via Supabase), then come back here.
Sign in under Settings → Account & sync first — a shared list lives on an account, not just this browser.
Due dates from a linked to-do or grocery list show up on this calendar’s grid alongside its own events — link any list here, any time, even one that isn’t shared with anyone else.
No lists linked yet.
Every other list is already linked (or there isn’t another one yet).
Deleted tasks, events, sections, and pages stay here for 30 days, then they’re removed for good.
